Young Voices 2025
Singing at Nursing Homes
Young Voices Choir have been busy visiting several local nursing homes where they have sung carols and Christmas songs to entertain the residents! As always the children were fantastic and received lots of compliments from the audience!
Autumn 2 Performance Assembly
This half term we showcased some of our solo performers. Did you know lots of children learn instruments outside of school? Here are a few clips of the talented pupils here at Blackmore!

Autumn 1 Performance Assembly
Each half term we hold a performance assembly to share some of the music that has been taking place across the school.
This half term we were treated to performances from KS1 Singing Club, Young Voices Choir and Year 4 who were performing Mamma Mia - a song from our Artist of the Half Term.

RockSteady
We are so lucky to be taking part in RockSteady this year! Each class from Years 1 - 6 will take part in RockSteady lessons this year and create their own rock bands! We kicked things off with a whole school assembly where even some of the teachers joined in and unleashed their inner rock stars!
This term it is the turn of Years 5 and 6. Stay tuned to see some sneak peeks of what they've been getting up to!
